We invite you to arrive to the spa 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to relax and prepare for your treatment.

Services of more than 60 minutes will be reserved for you with a credit card or gift certificate.

As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of your arrival time, unless the schedule allows for the extra time.

It is not advised to have treatments while ill. Bodywork increases circulation and therefore increases your chances of spreading the illness throughout your body. If you are feeling ill, it is best if you would reschedule your appointment. The following cancellation policy still remains in effect.

As the treatments you select are reserved especially for you, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged 50% of the service total. No-Shows will be charged as if they had attended and any gift certificates will be void.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable but are transferable. Gift Certificates do not expire, however a $5 per month service fee will apply one year after issue date.

$20 charge for bounced checks.

We respect the right of all of our clients to privacy and quiet by following these principles of spa courtesy:

Cellular phone usage is prohibited in the spa; please turn phones off.
Please speak quietly with your therapist, voices carry easily here.
Communicate with your therapist regarding pressure and temperature of the room. We want you to feel comfortable.
We also ask that you please remove all jewelry.
